Built by integrators,
for integrators.
We got tired of the same frustrations you have. So we built something better.
The Problem
If you've spent time on a Crestron job site, you know the drill. Something's wrong. A device isn't responding. The client is waiting. You open PuTTY, SSH into the processor, and start typing commands from memory — devinfo, ipconfig, showroutes — scrolling through walls of raw text, hunting for clues.
It works. It always has. But it's slow, it's tedious, and half the time you already know what the fix is if you could just see the data clearly.
The Frustration That Built FridayForge
FridayForge started with one AV integrator, one job site, and one overdue project. The tools available were either too expensive, too complicated, or built for engineers — not for the person standing in a rack room trying to meet a deadline.
What was needed was simple: connect to the processor, see the whole system, get a clear list of what's wrong, and move on. No console. No interpreting raw output. Just answers.
When that tool didn't exist, we built it.
What We're Building
FridayForge makes professional-grade Windows software for Crestron AV integrators. Not enterprise software with bloated feature sets and annual subscriptions — practical tools that solve specific problems, priced for working integrators.
The Crestron Diagnostic Tool was first. More tools are coming — each one solving a real problem, each one built the same way: fast, offline-capable, and as simple as possible.
Field-Tested
Every feature solves a real problem from a real job site. No guessing what integrators need.
No Friction
Standalone EXEs. No installation. No account required to run. Open and go.
Private by Default
Your system data stays on your network. No telemetry. No cloud. No exceptions.
Honest Pricing
One-time purchase. One year of free updates. No subscriptions. You know exactly what you're paying.
The Name
FridayForge. Because the best tools get built on Fridays — when the week's work is done and you finally have time to fix the thing that's been annoying you for months. That's where this started. Evenings and weekends, scratching an itch.
Who's Behind It
A Crestron programmer who spent years on job sites, got tired of the same workflow bottlenecks, and decided to do something about it. FridayForge is an independent operation — one person, one mission: build tools that make integrators' lives easier.
If you have ideas, feature requests, or just want to say the tool saved your day — reach out through the store. We read every message.
