• Job/project information — jobsite names and addresses you enter to organize your licenses

• Usage information — license validation requests, trial activations, and transfer history

• To generate and deliver MAC-bound license keys
• To validate licenses when your drivers connect to our API
• To send order confirmations and license delivery emails

3. MAC Address Data

MAC addresses are collected solely for the purpose of generating and validating MAC-bound license keys. This is a technical requirement of our licensing system. MAC addresses are stored securely and are never sold or shared with third parties.

• Payment Processor (Stripe) — secure payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Hosting infrastructure — our servers are hosted on secured infrastructure in the United States.
