Our Commitment
FridayForge drivers are built and tested by a working field technician. We use them ourselves. If a driver has a bug or doesn't perform as described, we take that seriously and will work to resolve it promptly.
Free Trial First
Every FridayForge driver includes a 2-hour trial period on each processor. We strongly encourage you to run the trial before purchasing to verify the driver works correctly in your specific environment. The trial gives you real working functionality — not a demo mode — so you can test everything before committing.
Eligible for Refund
- The driver does not function as described on the product page
- A confirmed bug prevents core functionality and we cannot resolve it within 7 days
- You were charged twice for the same license (duplicate purchase)
- Technical incompatibility with the specified Crestron Home version that was not disclosed
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with third-party devices not listed in the driver documentation
- Issues caused by customer modifications to the driver or system
- Crestron firmware updates that break compatibility after your purchase date
- Purchases where the trial was not used prior to buying
- Licenses that have already been transferred to a new processor
Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:
- Your account email address
- The driver name and order date
- A description of the issue you're experiencing
- What you've already tried (including whether you contacted support first)
We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
License Revocation on Refund
When a refund is issued, the associated license key is revoked and will no longer validate. The driver will revert to trial mode on the next load.
